Julia’s platform is called Dance With Ambition: For Mind, Body & Health.
This is a mission-based initiative that strives to help bring awareness and rally support, via time, talent or treasure - to organizations of choice.
Julia’s platform is based around her passion:
DANCE
“I love dance and want other kids to be able to experience it. A lot of kids can’t afford to pay for lessons or be able to afford to buy dance wear. I’ve put out bins at dance studios to request the donation of gently used dance wear to park districts and dance studios in underpriviledged neighborhoods. My goal is to raise money to create a Dance With Ambition scholarship.”
Since she was three years old, Julia has taken part in some sort of dance or gymnastics program, and is now making it her mission to support organizations centered around dance, physical fitness, movement, and overall total mind, body, and health & wellness.
She founded her own platform through which she collaborates and partners with other organizations and ambassadorships to help grow her mission.
Donating for the Love of Dance
dance gear collections + donations
To kickstart her Dance With Ambition mission, Julia began collecting used dance gear such as leotards, ballet shoes, tap shoes, dance apparel, accessories and anything else dance-related, at her dance school. The interest she received was very positive so she extended the initiative by placing donation bins in several other local dance schools.
The efforts are going strong, with donations coming in weekly. Julia has distributed some of these donations but is open to aligning with park districts, schools and other places in need of these collections.
Dancers Against Cancer
I’m A DANCER AGAinst cancer
Julia is honored to continue her ambassadorship with “I’M A DANCER AGAINST CANCER”, a charity organization that provides financial support and inspiration to dance educators, choreographers, dancers and their families who have been impacted by cancer.
The DAC Princess Program has raised tens of thousands of dollars for this great cause. As a Princess Program Mentor, she raises funds (and urge others to, as well!) and awareness of this very important non-profit organization.

NAMI
National alliance ON mental illness
Recently, Julia and her mom, Jennifer (who is also competing in the International Pageants Mrs. Division) aligned with their local satellite office of a national organziation that aims to improve the quality of life for individuals with mental illness, and their families.
Julia and her mom have become official members of NAMI South Suburbs of Chicago and attend seminars, speaker panels, gatherings and classes to learn more about various types of mental challenges and how to help.

I’ve met with girls at Girls, Inc. and donated backpacks full of school supplies;

I’ve created collection drives for shoes, pet supplies, coats and other home essentials and distributed them”
